1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enquiry about, enrolment in and participation in the 25-Day Advanced Digital Marketing Program (the "Program") offered by D-Grow Marketing Agency ("D-Grow", "we", "us"). By submitting an enquiry form, paying a fee or attending a class, you ("you", "the student") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.

2. The program

• The Program is delivered as live online classes in Tamil and English, with recordings, daily assignments, weekly live doubt-clearing sessions and project work, across 11 modules as described on our course page and brochure.
• Two plans are offered: Course Only, and Course + 2-Month Internship. The plan you choose is recorded on your invoice.
• The current batch is scheduled to start on 1 December 2026. Class timings are shared before the batch starts. We may reschedule individual sessions for unavoidable reasons; rescheduled sessions will be held live or provided as recordings.
• We may update the curriculum, tools or session order to keep the content current with changes in platforms such as Meta, Google and AI tools. Updates will not reduce the overall scope of the Program you enrolled for.

3. Eligibility & enrolment

• No prior experience or technical background is required. You need a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your enrolment and to these Terms, and must complete the payment.
• Your seat is confirmed only after we receive payment (full fee, or the first instalment / EMI approval) and issue a confirmation. Seats are limited per batch and are allotted in order of confirmed payment.
• You must provide accurate information. Your access is personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

4. Fees, payment & EMI

• Program fees are communicated during your counselling call and on your invoice. GST is charged as applicable under the CGST/SGST Acts and shown on the tax invoice.
• Payments are accepted through bank transfer, UPI or our payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details.
• EMI options are provided by third-party lenders or payment partners. EMI approval, interest, processing charges and repayment are governed by the lender's own terms, and the loan agreement is between you and the lender. Non-payment of a D-Grow instalment may result in access being paused until dues are cleared.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Classes, recordings & access

• Recordings are provided for your personal learning only, for the access period communicated at enrolment.
• You may not record, download, screen-capture, re-upload or distribute live classes or recordings, or share class links with anyone.
• Live sessions may be recorded by D-Grow. If you turn on your camera or microphone, your image and voice may appear in recordings shared only with your batch.

6. Certificates

• A Course Completion Certificate is issued after you complete the required assignments and the capstone project. A Module Certificate is issued for each of the 11 modules on completion of that module's practical output.
• Students on the internship plan receive an Internship Certificate and internship letter on satisfactory completion of the internship tasks.
• Certificates are issued by D-Grow Marketing Agency. They are professional training certificates, not a degree or diploma from a university or government body, and are not issued or endorsed by Google, Meta or any other platform named in the curriculum.

7. Internship (optional plan)

• The internship is a task-based learning engagement of about 2 months on D-Grow client projects, conducted online under mentor supervision. It is not an offer of employment. Any stipend will apply only if agreed in writing.
• Client data, ad accounts, credentials and reports you access are confidential. You must not copy, disclose or use them outside the internship, during or after it. We may ask you to sign a separate confidentiality agreement.
• We may end an internship early for breach of confidentiality, misconduct or repeated non-completion of tasks.

8. No guarantee of jobs or income

We provide training, practical exposure, templates and career guidance. We do not guarantee employment, placement, clients, a particular salary or any level of income. Student outcomes and earnings shown on our website and brochure are based on past students' reports and are illustrative. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, prior background and market conditions.

9. Ad spend, tools & the free domain

• Practice campaigns may need a small ad budget, paid by you directly to the platform (for example Meta or Google). We guide you on safe budgets, but we are not responsible for ad spend, platform charges or ad-account actions such as restrictions.
• Many tools are used on their free plans or trials. Any paid subscription you choose to buy is your own expense and is governed by that tool's terms.
• The free domain included with the Program is registered for the first year. Renewal after the first year is at your own cost.

10. Intellectual property

All course content, recordings, slides, frameworks, prompt libraries, templates and brochures are owned by D-Grow or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning, and to use the freelancing templates for your own clients. You may not resell, republish, teach from or distribute these materials. Work you create in your own projects remains yours.

11. Code of conduct

Treat mentors, fellow students and clients with respect. Harassment, abusive language, plagiarism, sharing pirated material, spamming the student community or misusing client data may result in removal from the Program without refund.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, D-Grow's total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the fees you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by internet, power, third-party platforms or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not affect fees already paid for a confirmed batch.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern quickly. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.
